An experienced driver is required to drive up and down to the villa.

The villa was outstanding, the well equipped kitchen catered for all our needs on the few occasions we decided to eat at the house. The views from the terrace and the pool area were stunning, especially at sunrise. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful, we were even invited for a meal at their local village taverna, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The Sivota harbour area is also very pleasant, with a good selection of restaurants and bars for lunch and dinner times, every meal we had was superb, and good value for money. If you have a rental car, the villa is also well positioned for some of the more sheltered beaches, and we were provided with beach umbrellas to take with us. The hosts will provide tips and advice during your stay via WhatsApp.
The road leading up to the villa is slightly challenging, but no problem if you rent an SUV, which the property owners advised. We were informed that a new access road is being built and is due to open in June, we saw this road while there, but it wasn’t open yet.

The villa is a perfect size and layout. It has a great outdoor space, in particular the pool as well as the various balconies and sitting areas. The view over the bay is simply spectacular. And the indoor living areas are excellent as well, a lovely space with high ceilings and cosy sofa area.
The owners were very helpful and accessible, always answering any questions within a short period of time.
We absolutely loved staying here and found it difficult to leave
The road up to the villa was amongst the worst I have driven on. Its is only 1 mile / 2 km up but even so is a real challenge to get up to and out of the villa. Once in the villa it's not a problem at all, but something to be aware of and taken into account when choosing a hire car.
Some of the furnishings are a bit tired and uncomfortable (e.g. around the pool), and the aircon unit in the bedroom was a little noisy.
