great spacious villa with nice views and close to beach. well appointed apartment and lovely clean pool
there's no "centre" to Barbati but the restaurants are great

Agatha met us in person at the exact time. We were in regular communication after arrival so we both knew our expected arrival time.
Checkout at 10am is quite early but it wasnt a big deal. 11am would have been preferred.

Lovely large villa, plenty of room, excellent location close to the beach and shops/restaurants, but most of all the exceptional service from Agathi, the property manager. She could not have been more welcoming, helpful and a joy to communicate with during our stay.

The villa is situated in a great location, very close to the beach. The pool is perfect when you want to chill around the house. The hosts were ready to help us with all our questions.
