About this villa rental
This group of villas consists of three independent units. One with 4 en-suite bedrooms (8+1 guests) one with 5 en-suite bedrooms (10+1 guests) and one with 6 en-suite bedrooms (12+1 guests). They are rented separately and together. The complex is built amphitheatrically on a 6.000 sq.m. plot of land, surrounded by gardens and offering direct views of the Ionian Sea. All three villas are very spacious and are set at an ideal distance from each other to ensure privacy.

The complex is situated near Barbati, one of the most loved destinations in Corfu. The location is very convenient, since it is in the middle of the island’s superb east coast, with easy access to all the highlights of Corfu. The villas are a perfect blend of traditional and modern architecture, all rooms are bright and airy, furnished with parquet flooring and painted with soothing pastel colours. A pathway offers access to a rare small private, pebble beach, right under the property, which used to be a mooring place a long time ago.
All houses are about 250 sq. m., with 4 or 5 or 6 bedrooms and they can comfortably accommodate up to 9 or 11 or 13 people. They develop on two levels. On the ground floor, we find a large open-plan living/dining room, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, 1 double master bedroom (40 sq. m.) with a stylish en-suite bathroom and a visitors’ WC. Here is found also a laundry room. The first floor is home to 3 or 4 bedrooms (25 m2), each one with an en-suite bathroom and balcony with a majestic sea view and a cosy private sitting area. Outdoors we find the gorgeous private infinity-edged swimming pool with water-jet, a private terrace with sitting areas, sun beds and marvellous views of the sea, the mountain and the garden, and a large covered dining area.
Finally, all three villas have water access to a small private beach.
