VILLA REN IS A NEW LUXURY MODERN STYLE VILLA (453sq.m) LOCATED IN THE TOURISTIC RESORT OF DASSIA JUST 12KM OF CORFU TOWN AND 20min OF THE CORFU AIRPORT.
THE THREE STORE VILLA IS SURROUNDED BY A BEUTIFULL 4000sq.m GARDEN WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE AND PARKING SPACE, HAS A LOVELY OPEN VIEW TO THE SEA WITH A LARGE SWIMMING POOL (12m*5m).

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ren. Xanthi and her team were wonderful hosts and the villa is stunning. We were traveling with our family with ages ranging from 5 months old to 80 years old, and the house was a perfect set up for us. Each bedroom was very spacious and had its own en suite with a bathroom. We were able to spend lots of family time together but also maintain some privacy. Not only is the view beautiful from the villa (the pictures don't even do it justice!), it is also in a very convenient location with a grocery store and several restaurants/bars just a short walk away. The beach is also a quick walk, although we opted to drive to some of the nicer beaches in the area (Barbati 10 min drive, Glyfada 30 min drive, and several others). Town is also a quick drive away (approx. 20-25 min). The Villa is situated on top of a hill so you do need to walk up and down a hill to get to the main street, but that wasn't a problem for us. There was also plenty of onsite parking for our 3 rental cars. Xanthi greeted us when we got there and made sure we were all situated. The house was very clean, and Matilda (the housekeeper) made sure the house was sparkling clean every day. Artuos (the groundskeeper) made sure the pool was spotless each morning and fresh towels were placed by the lounge chairs each morning. Any time we ran into minor problems, Xanthi would respond immediately and resolve them. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Corfu!

Our host was very responsive in her communication before we got to the villa and was there to welcome us the first day. Through the visit, she made sure we were always happy and acted super fast when we needed things. The villa is amazing and specious and kept at a meticulous shape (there are maintenance and cleaning crews on site every day). The location is perfect - close to the airport, walking distance from the beach, walking distance from a grocery store and a bus stop that can take you to town. Overall, great experience, one of the best we had with Vrbo.

The villa is outstanding. High quality in everything. Set in its own grounds with plenty of greenery and a fabulous pool. Internally, new, spacious, clean with everything you would want. The attentiveness of the cleaner and gardener is amazing and their frequency made the stay a 5* experience. The owners Xanthi and her husband are great hosts. There to answer any questions, gave advice on restaurants, trips, buses etc nothing was too much trouble for them. The villa is located well. Within walking distance of good restaurants, the beach and a main bus line which takes you into Corfu old town without the hassle of driving. We were a family of 2 with older children (16-21) and everyone enjoyed the holiday. Thank you Xanthi and we hope to see you again.

We have had the most wonderful time at this beautiful villa Everything you could wish for . Supermarket close by together with many restaurants and in walking distance of the beach . Xanthi our host , couldn’t have been more helpful We will definitely return Thankyou so much ❤️🦋

The built quality and standard of detail was first class. Our host Xanthia was able to arrange transfers and birthday cake and not forgetting the maid and gardener who worked hard most days to maintain the very high standards. Our first impression was that it was better than the photographs. 200 mts to the supermarket and a very good bus service. 500mts to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of “senior” friends traveling together for 19 days through Greece. Our last 5 days were spent at the gorgeous Villa Ren. The Villa was outstanding and was exactly as pictured on VRBO. Our host was very very nice and helpful. She even went shopping for us before we arrived to make sure we had something to drink & eat until we were able to get to the store ourselves. The Villa inside and out was lovely, peaceful and very well appointed . We enjoyed the pool and outside decks and balconies. Iwe can’t say enough positive things about it. A perfect way to end our wonderful vacation. Corfu is magnificant and we were so pleased to be there on their special holiday and celebration Thank you for a special time in a special place on a beautiful island

The property was everything it was advertised as - house was immaculate and kept that way by the ever-attentive cleaning and maintenance staff - views from the porches and pool were breath taking - property was conveniently located to beach club, grocery store and local eateries. And certainly, cannot forget the property manager - Xantha - she went over and above - anything we needed she made happen - she did it graciously and in a timely fashion - our stay was wonderful from the property itself, to the maintenance staff, and most importantly due to the attentiveness and responsiveness of the property manager. If you are traveling to Corfu, you should put this property on yout list

From start to finish our experience was nothing but perfect. Xanthi made communication effortless and nothing was too much trouble day or night. The villa itself was amazing, clean, modern, spacious we had 14 family members of all different ages and the villa catered perfectly for all. The photos really don’t do this villa justice from the gardens to the views and the rooms we were blown away by how beautiful this place really is. If we haven’t already praised this villa enough the cleaners are fantastic, they are there every other day not that you would ever know they fit around you seamlessly. All in all a truly incredible family holiday and if you are looking at these reviews wondering whether or not you should book then don’t hesitate and book it now.

Villa Ren was a magical place where our 10 member family spent a once in a life time event. After 3 years of planning and COVID delays we entered the beautifully manicure extensive grounds of Villa Ren and knew we had selected the perfect spot. The rooms are large, clean and with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. Our activities centered around the many large balconies and pool area. The children had their own special apartment downstairs with living area, kitchen and pool table that they loved! Xanthi is an amazing host who responded to all of our questions and requests before the trip and while we were there. We would love to return again in a few years to relive the magic

Our group of 9 had such a wonderful stay at this villa and enjoyed meeting the amazing host, Xanthi. She is probably the most hospitable host I have ever met, no exaggeration. She was there all along, happy to assist, give suggestions, answer questions. She allowed us to check in early, check out late, arranged our PCR tests, checked on us from time to time and did more than any host is expected to do. The villa is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views, an amazing pool, tons of space for a large group, perfectly manicured gardens, and is fully serviced. Cleaners would come in every day to clean, do the dishes, change towels, which was beyond what we expected. The photos of the villa do not do it justice; it truly is gorgeous, and HUGE! We felt very safe and super welcome all along. The location was perfectly central to explore Corfu island in a car. The beds were super comfortable. I wish we had more time, there was a ton to explore on Corfu so we did not enjoy the facilities at the villa as much as I would have liked to. All in all, this was an amazing experience, at a great value for money, and I look forward to coming back in the future. If I had to make any suggestions for improvement, I would be at a loss.

The most beautiful house in Corfu!

This place is amazing and pictures do not do it justice. The 6 bedroom 6.5 bathroom villa is brand new, with all the wonderful amenities, luxurious and super comfortable bedding, ice cold AC in every room, state of the art full kitchen including a wine cooler, a washing machine, and outside a huge pool and that breathtaking view of the sea. Xanthi was so amazing and so easy and quick to communicate as we were planning our trip from booking it in May until our arrival in September - she was an absolute pleasure in communicating and helping us have the most wonderful vacation. We were a party of 10 adults and 2 babies, and we felt the house was large enough for all of us to have breakfast at a large table on the veranda, or unwinding all together in the living room after a day filled with adventure. And when we needed space, the house was large enough that we could all be in a different part of the house and have space and peace. Xanthi also had daily staff to help with cleaning of the house, so even though there were so many of us, the place always felt clean and tidy. Thank you Xanthi for your amazing hospitality and your beautiful house. We look forward to coming back!

Die Villa ist fast neu, sehr cool, qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet und nebenbei sehr praktisch angelegt. Küche super ausgestattet, alle Räume sind klimatisiert, WLAN, Billardtisch, und ein toller Pool mit täglichem Handtuchservice. Der riesengroße super gepflegte Garten ist wirklich schön und die großen Bäume liefern guten Schatten. Es wird jeden Tag gereinigt und der Abfall entsorgt, dies aber sehr diskret und stört überhaupt nicht. Wir waren eine Großfamilie mit 13 Personen und alle waren begeistert, würden sofort wieder kommen. Xanthi, die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, organisiert alles bei Bedarf. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, findet man sehr selten dass alles passt und toll ist.

the photos are not as good as the reality! we were 9 adults and 4 young children and thanks to the daily service of the xanthi team the house remained very clean and tidy! the house is very large, each room very comfortable and the view is beautiful. the beach, nautical activities, the supermarket are just next door .and you can count on xanthi to help you and advise you.she is very responsive and anxious that tenants have a good holiday. thank you again xanthi, thanks to you our holiday was great!
