With its picturesque, elevated position between the charming harbour village of Kassiopi and the family resort of Acharavi, this impressive villa boasts outstanding views over the gently shelving sandy beach of Kalamaki and out to sea, with the outline of the dramatic Albanian mountains in the distance. Inside, six air conditioned bedrooms are spread over two floors, the upper floor being comprised of two self-contained apartments reached via an external gated staircase, each having a separate entrance; perfect for two or even three families, who wish to share their holidays whilst maintaining some personal space. The entire villa is comfortably furnished and well-equipped, with plenty of space to relax together or find a quiet spot of your own. Situated above the villa itself and reached by a gated staircase, a large pool stretches proudly across the terrace surrounded by ample sunbathing space. The extensive pool area also offers a bar with fridge, childrens play area, table tennis and a pool side shower and WC. A generous well-maintained lawn sweeps around the villa, bordered by mature gardens and a wonderful rustic barbecue area that makes for atmospheric alfresco dining. Table tennis and a full size pool table are also provided on the terrace, perfect for some light entertainment, and for more adventure, Hydropolis water park is just a few minutes’ drive from the villa.
This property has some railings with horizontal bars (ladder effect), which may be climbable by children. Please supervise children closely and take extra care in these areas
Annex 1 & 2 are located on the first floor, accessed via an external gated staircase.
The children's pool measures 2.5m x 3m, and is 0.5m deep.
