Our stay at Captain Alex Villa 2 was absolutely fantastic — a spotless, beautifully equipped villa.

Our time at Captain Alex Villa 2 was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The house was even better than in the pictures — spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped, and everything worked flawlessly. The pool was a real highlight — crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and great for relaxing after a day of exploring. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was our host, Leonidas. He was simply amazing — always available, incredibly friendly, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He surprised us with thoughtful gifts and made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. We’ve stayed in many villas, but this one really stands out. Everything exceeded our expectations — it felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Leonidas, for making our holiday in Corfu so special! We can’t wait to come back.

The only small thing to mention is that the whirlpool didn’t have warm water — which is perfectly fine in summer, but in October it would have been wonderful to enjoy it heated.

The BEST Villa

What a fantastic villa!! It was so well kit out. We were a group of 9 with 4 couples. Each of us had our own bathroom with plenty of privacy but had so many places we could all hang out together! We had the 1st floor living room, the dining space, the ground floor living room, the Gym / Games room and most importantly the perfectly sized pool and poolside with loungers. I personally loved the sauna / spa room for decompressing in. We spent pretty much everyday in the pool or at the lil beach literally 30 seconds away from the villa. Most importantly, Leonidas our host was AMAZING! He made sure we had everything we needed, gave us local recommendations and even popped by with some beers and sweet for us! He was always a quick message away and came by pretty late with tonnes of toilet paper when we asked if there was a stock of it somewhere in the villa. The pool was cleaned daily and our main bin was emptied every day. We also got to use the Kayaks and Paddleboards inclusive of the price! Leonidas also offered bikes for us to use to get around but we never got around to using them. Location wise, it was PERFECT! the villa was a 5 minute walk away from the main street where there were loads of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Also on that street was the No. 7 bus which takes you all the way to Corfu town or Ipsos in the other direction for 2€ per person Ipsos was so so much fun for the nightlife!!My friends and I would completely recommend heading that way for a night out :)

Comfortable, relaxing, perfect setting.

Spacious accommodation, fabulous pool, comfortable beds. So many amenities. So many balconies! It was in the perfect location, 50m from the beach and 300m from the town and restaurants. Owner could not have been kinder nor more accommodating.

My only feedback was to provide more teaspoons! Everything else was in abundance!

Exceptional Captain Alex Villa 2

Captain Alex Villa 2 is exactly what you see in the brochure. It's a 5 star accommodation. Our host, Leonidas, went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing holiday. From the little unexpected treats to the recommendations of where to visit, he was exceptional, but gave you the space to relax and enjoy this beautiful villa and island.

Nothing, I can't fault this place, we will return.

All 11 of my family had a great holiday.

The villa is very large, has several pretty balconies and is set in lovely grounds with a good sized pool. Leonidas is a great host, kind, generous and welcoming.

Some of the showers could benefit from being up-dated and the units replaced, also the dishwasher and the fridge freezer in the main kitchen. It would have been great if the hot tub was hot too, in the summer it would be fine, but not in chilly early April.
