The location and the apartment.
The apartment was not clean. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. Dirt was found in the WC seat. Lots of dust never removed from under the sofa and bed. The apartment wasn’t even vacuumed. We found hairs on the floor together with old dust. The owner was contacted but he had a very sarcastic attitude towards the issue. He then came to clean , but we found again the wc seat dirty, and the dust was not vacuumed well. That was a real shame.
