Gem of a place in Vannes

So well equipped and in an excellent location. Very clean. A private sun terrace and secure parking.

Instructions to enter property a little confusing. Would also help to advise how to access basement for the garbage.

Nice, clean apartment, close to all attractions with private parking. The host sent us very detailed instructions long in advance with pictures how to enter the building, where to find the key. It was very helpful.

I expected to use a balcony, but the building was under renovation, so it was not possible to use the balcony. It was not the host fault.

A delightful apartment which I would use again if I return to Vannes.

The location is ideal for the old town and numerous restaurants. The living room is big and nice decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped.

A well located apartment in Vannes with parking and easy access to the city.

Good access to city centre a short walk away. Parking was provided and much appreciated. Good dimensions too.

There was only one smallish saucepan so making pasta was a two stage job. Also good sharp knives were only average.

Super endroit, juste bien placé pour sortir du Centre touristique. Les hôtes répondent rapidement. Vous aurez du plaisir à fermer les stores avec la télécommande (hihihi).

Lage zur Altstadt, Ausstattung innerhalb des Appartement, Creperien hervorragend.

Es fehlten Informationen zu gerade stattfindenden Fassadenarbeiten, wodurch der Balkon, auf den wir uns besonders gefreut hatten, unbenutzbar war und der Farbgeruch im Appartement sehr dominant und störend war.

Gute Lage, schnelle Kommunikation, gute Küchengeräte, angenehmer Balkon, sehr sauberes Bad und eine gute Dusche.

Schlafzimmer zur Straße war bei offenem Fenster recht laut. Die Anleitungs-PDF per Email war etwas verkomplizierend.

La Semaine du Golfe

Es gibt keinerlei persönlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter. Sobald das Geld abgebucht ist, erhält man einen Guide du Visiteur, der sehr detailliert darstellt, wie man in die Wohnung gelangt, wie man auf den Parkplatz kommt, wie der Müll zu entsorgen ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wurde offensichtlich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert. Sie liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage, um die sich ein gardien professionell kümmert, der omnipräsent ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch im Schlafzimmer und im Bad gibt es genügend Ablageflächen. Vom Parkplatz aus kann man das Untergeschoss betreten, von dort direkt mit dem Aufzug fahren. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Die Instruktionen, wie am Abreisetag zu verfahren ist, habe ich als völlig übertrieben wahrgenommen. Die Bettwäsche muss abgezogen und am unteren Ende des Betts abgelegt werden ... Dasselbe zum Müll, zum Kühlschrank, zum Abwaschen des Geschirrs. Als würde man ein Kind belehren. Das muss nicht sein. Obwohl ich stets auf Französisch kommuniziert habe, wurde mir der Gästeleitfaden auf Englisch zugeschickt. Das erzeugt den Eindruck, gar nicht wirklich wahrgenommen zu werden. Der Balkon war mit einer dicken Staubschicht bedeckt, der Boden wurde vor unserer Anreise nicht gekehrt, Tisch und Stühle waren von Staub überzogen, von den Wänden abgeblätterter Putz lag auf dem Boden. Das sollte einem Gast so nicht übergeben werden. Die Fenster hätten auch dringend geputzt werden müssen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden bei einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Mikrowelle funktionierte nicht. Abhilfe konnte nicht geschaffen werden. Das Schlafzimmer ist straßenseitig gelegen. Obwohl es sich um eine Einbahnstraße handelt, brandet der Verkehr bis in die späten Nachtstunden und ab dem frühen Morgen vorbei. Also direkt unter dem Fenster. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Lärm erheblich. Nichts für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf. Ich denke, der Mietpreis hätte eine kleinen Willkommensgruß gerechtfertigt. Eine Flasche Wasser, eine Flasche Cidre, man ist schließlich in der Bretagne.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Stadtzentrum und der Hafen sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Zum Appartement gehört ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Die Gastgeber haben sehr informatives Material zusammengestellt und vorab zur Verfügung gestellt.

Gepflegtes Apartement mit privatem Parkplatz in zentraler Lage von Vannes!

Das Apartment liegt in der Altstadt von Vannes. Fußläufig können alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Hafen erreicht werden. Es war sehr sauber, freundlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus macht einen gepflegten und sicheren Eindruck. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns der sichere Parkplatz. In Vannes kann es sonst problematisch sein, das Auto zu parken, insbesondere mit Gepäck. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Es war schon recht kalt und die Heizung schien ausgeschaltet zu sein.
