Lovely little apartment in a great location.

The apartment is in a great location right opposite the port and the entrance to the old town, yet because it is at the back of the building it is wonderfully quiet. If you are arriving by car there is a three level underground Q-Park across the road (which the host kindly got us a permit for) and if you drive an EV the car park has about fifteen 2kw/22kw chargers on level -3. (There is no phone coverage down there but you can use many charge network cards including Electroverse.) It’s an ideal apartment for a couple exploring Vannes.

A great base in the city center to explore Vannes and surroundings each day.

We traveled in a group of 3 (1 couple, 1 single) and had a lovely stay at Ty Laumann. The location close to downtown was great, and we walked to a different bakery each morning to find our favorite croissants. The pull down bed was also surprisingly very comfortable! The public parking was relatively easy once we figured out how to register. (Pro-tip: no reception down in the underground lot, so you have to make sure any payment on your phone happens above ground.) Really enjoyed the seafood next door at Molux as well.

The apartment is relatively small, especially when the folding bed is pulled down, so you don't have a lot of space in that situation. We also missed a drying rack for clothes.

Perfect Stay

Amazing place to stay, perfectly located. 2 big double beds, so easily house 4 people. Kitchen with all utensils. Very, very clean. Highly recommended. The hosts were perfect from start to finish. Very engaging, which made the stay hassle free. The accommodation was cleaned to a high standard throughout.

L’emplacement est parfait, il est à 2 pas des attractions. L’appartement était propre, calme et bien équipé.

L’appartement est petit pour 4 personnes. Le lit de la chambre est mou. Soit on aime, soit on n’aime pas.

Petit logement très bien situé

La localisation: le logement est idéalement situé ! Il est très propre avec un soin porté aux odeurs et aux parfums d'intérieur. On a aimé le côté très pratique du parking souterrain juste à côté.

Le lit était vraiment trop mou et peu confortable (après ça dépend de chacun), les toilettes très très étroites (il ne faut pas être trop grand) et les infos données par les logeurs (à distance) étaient précises mais j'ai posé une question le jour de l'arrivée à laquelle je n'ai pas eu de réponse. Nous aurions aussi apprécié que le savon pour les mains soit rechargé (nous avons dû tricher avec nos propres produits).

Parfait avec le + du parking face a l’appartement !

La proximité du centre a 1 mn à pied, le confort des 2 literies, le calme de cette appart/maisonnette car pas de voisin direct et à l’arrière d’un immeuble avec en plus un jardinet, la disponibilité de la propriétaire, et le ++ le parking souterrain compris dans le tarif de l’appartement (must juste en face de la location )!! 👍 Si je reviens à Vannes je reloue ici sans hésiter ! 😍 N’hésitez pas si vous venez à Vannes c’est CET appartement qu’il faut louer !♥️

Emplacement idéal. Le parking est un vrai avantage. Bien qu’en centre ville, appartement très calme, sans aucun bruit de la ville. Appartement propre, très bien équipé. Sanitaires un peu petits mais fonctionnels. Hébergeurs efficaces (chauffage effectif pour l’arrivée, accès aux clefs, parking).
