Comfortable stay!

A 10-15-minute walk to the old town along the embankment with its magnificent yachts. The apartment is on the second floor of a newly built building. Everything is new and very clean: the building itself, the apartment itself is huge, with a modern design. It's very stylish and very clean, as if it were built just yesterday. The building has underground, secure parking. An elevator leads from the parking lot to the apartment. The balcony overlooks the courtyard and the neighbors :) The beds are huge and comfortable. The bathroom is gorgeous. When visiting Vanna, I highly recommend this apartment.

Long instructions on how to get into the apartment... We got everything mixed up, it was difficult. You need to leave the car somewhere and go to the supermarket on the corner to pick up the keys at the parcel drop-off point. Then enter the underground garage and find a parking space. Be sure to enter Entrance E, otherwise you'll end up in another building, like us... Read the instructions carefully!!! Otherwise, you'll feel like James Bond on a mission :))

Very comfortable, clean and modern. Excellent to have 2 parking spaces.

It wasn’t a problem but nearest restaurants were 15 mins walk away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement fonctionnel, propre et calme.

Il y avait la possibilité de se faire un café ou un thé. L'emplacement du logement est très bien situé, aussi bien pour la promenade que pour les commerces. On a apprécié la boulangerie et l'épicerie à proximité.

Un guide pour l'utilisation de la TV serait appréciable.

très bel appartement très mal géré par la conciergerie

Le confort et l'espace du logement, l'équipement de la cuisine, les places de parkings en sous sol, l'emplacement entre la ville et le golfe

Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude durant notre séjour, c'était une panne générale au niveau de l'immeuble, de plus le chauffage ne fonctionnait plus non plus, mais comme le logement est très bien isolé cela n'a pas été un gros problème. Par contre, comme nous avons pu le lire à posteriori sur les précédents commentaires, la conciergerie n'est absoluement pas compétente pour suivre ce type de problèmes techniques, ce que l'on peut comprendre car il n'est peut être pas simple de trouver un chauffagiste le week end. Ce qui est par contre incompréhensible c'est qu'à partir de moment où nous avons demandé un dédommagement elle est devenue très désagréable jusqu'à mettre en cause nos remontées et notre intégrité. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller aux propriétaires de changer de prestataire et de se tourner vers foncia qui gére ces immeubles pour mettre en place un service de dépannage efficient.

La TV ne fonctionne pas correctement, manuelle de fonctionnement pas compréhensible. . Pas facile de joindre la conciergerie.

Séjour presque idéal

Très bon emplacement, très bel appartement, très confortable, très bien équipé et propre. Le parking de 2 places juste en face de la porte d'accès à l'ascenseur est un vrai plus.

Rien de manquait sauf un grille-pain. Impossible de connecter le téléviseur et de régler le chauffage correctement : radiateurs froids dans la pièce de vie et une chambre et 22° dans les autres pièces !! Malgré le signalement à notre arrivée, nous sommes restés avec les 2 problèmes tout le temps de notre séjour. Heureusement, il ne faisait pas trop froid à l'extérieur, mais au mois de novembre nous aurions apprécié d'avoir un téléviseur. Si vous avez un problème technique ne comptez pas sur la conciergerie pour vous dépanner, elle s'est déclarée incompétente.

Appartement très agréable, propre, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût, parking très pratique. Très bonne localisation. Véronique a été facile à contacter, très réactive face à nos questions, très professionnelle et sympathique. Nous recommandons et reviendrons à cette adresse sans hésiter lors de nos prochains passages à Vannes !

Alloggio eccezionale, super consigliato!

Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio per una sola notte (purtroppo!) in vista di un matrimonio nei dintorni. Nonostante i problemi che abbiamo avuto con i treni da Parigi Véronique ci è venuta incontro ed è venuta personalmente lei per la consegna delle chiavi (altrimenti il check-in sarebbe self e comodissimo). Ci ha fatto molto piacere l'accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto e l'appartamento era davvero bellissimo e confortevole. Noi eravamo in 3 (due adulti e un bimbo di 4 anni) e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. L'appartamento oltre ad avere tutti i comfort è a pochi passi dal centro e da tutti i servizi necessari in vacanza (supermercato sotto casa, centro città, negozi), ma trovandosi in una zona per lo più residenziale è molto silenzioso e adatto per una vacanza di relax senza rinunciare alla vicinanza alle principali attrazioni.
