This home embraces the Cotswold idyll with a spacious lawn perfect for relaxing and a secluded, covered hot tub for evening soaks. Inside, there are two living rooms so the group can spread out – both with a wood-burning stove for colder evenings – and there’s two dedicated games room outside with pool, table tennis and foosball tables. In the main drawing room there are boardgames and toys to keep the kids occupied. The farmhouse-style kitchen is a delight at breakfast time. In the village of North Nibley, there’s a small shop and the Black Horse pub within walking distance but you’ll want a car to explore the rest of the Cotswolds. Home truths: *All of the bathrooms are upstairs, so this place may not suit those with limited mobility. *Four of the bedrooms feature zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins or doubles, just let your host know what you'd prefer. *While bath towels are provided, your host asks you to bring your own towels for the hot tub. *There is a noise monitor inside this home, but it only measures decibels and doesn't record. Quiet hours are in place between 10pm and 9am. *Your host can provide a cot and high chair for infants on request. *While there is a small shop within walking distance, having a car is recommended to make the most of the area. There is private parking for up to six vehicles.
