Beds were very comfortable. Large garden space.
Plenty of parking.
Good quality furniture.
Beautiful kitchen.
Nice spacious games room.
Hot tub was warm on arrival.
Would have been nice to have a few essentials on arrival.
The baking trays had not been cleaned by the previous occupier.
The hot tub water although nice and warm on arrival, needed filtering.
Lights on garden fence not working, so needed a torch when going to the games room in the evening.

Property was a good size with plenty of space to accommodate us all. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was nice.
A lot of things were falling apart. Really needs updating. Property wasn’t very well equipped especially for a party of 14 (lack of kitchen equipment etc) Games room was a bonus, but most things were broken. Not enough chairs in the garden and lots of decking etc was hazardous. Rooms were acceptable and beds fairly comfy.
