Very impressive set up, very clean and tidy , the bed and sofa was super comfy and the fact you have a smoking area outside is brilliant.nice little selection for hot drinks and chocolates,there is local shops near by and fuel station/pubs.everything was at hand it was just like from one home to another !very friendly and kind hosts ( Jhon and Tina ).
Now and again you will hear floor creaking from ulstais but please don’t let this put u off as it’s not loud annoying creeks. Patio door to smoking area is a tad loud on the slider when opening and closing which again is not a big issue if your not going out late to smoke as it is a nice peaceful and quite area

A little slice of HEAVEN.
1. The property and its patio. 2. The facilities (tea/ coffee, 2 cans of cold drinks - sugar-free) 3. The cleanliness of the property (inside and outdoor) 4. Discrete location with low traffic noise. 5. The decor in the property. 6. The wet room is ideal for a wheel chair user. However, the side entrance would be problematic for a wheelchair user because it was very narrow - but good for a person who uses a walking stick. That is my only complaint as a disabled person with limited mobility. I'm not sure how it can be addressed. It's a great property. And again, for those with a walking frame , the path is very narrow, but it is well worth the minor inconvenience. Inside is bright and very welcoming. Personally, we would easily give it a ten - amazing little slice of HEAVEN. 7. We absolutely loved the private patio with the glass ash tray. It's nice that they have taken the needs of smokers into consideration - most places don't these days. 8. Free private parking - it was very much appreciated . Thank you 😊 🙏 ☺️ ❤️ I can not praise this property enough. It was a real winner. We will ( if the host will have us) stay here again. Fabulous accommodation and location. It's at the foot hill of Robinswood Park - magnificent. It also had an EV meter of its own - not sure if guests can use it, but well done to the owners.
1 It's not very well sign-post. I'm not sure how they can address this and keep their privacy. 2. The pathway was a little narrow. 3. There is a need for better lighting over the key box specifically. To be honest, most of these points are structural, and i am not sure if the owner/host can do anything about the size of that pathway. We have mentioned these points as a guide to other disabled visitors. This place has so much potential that it's unbelievable. Able-bodied guests will love this place. Finally, the photos on Booking.Com does not do this property any justice.

Reasonable as a hub....
Off street parking. Comfortable bed & sofa in living space. Lot's of kitchen utensils crockery & cutlery. A range of teas & coffees. Full size fridge.Information on local attractions. Playing cards.
Initially, on arrival, it smelt fresh. After a day though the smell becomes overwhelming. Realised there were air fresheners plugged in so could turn them off. Could do with a good clean around skirtings and bathroom tiles at the bottom.The TV would lose signal so it became difficult with the lag to watch. The bathroom was in the middle between kitchen & bedroom so if someone is using the toilet you can just walk through.
