Apartment had Black mould on walls and smelt strongly of damp Beds were unchanged from previous guests Wet towels on bathroom floor and in lounge Bin not emptied Carpet very dirty Owner offered to get it cleaned and 25 then 50 discount Absolutely disgusted ... we did not stay

The apartment was great. It's a nice change having a place of your own with a little kitchen and garden area instead of a regular hotel room. All in all, would recommend!

Great location, quiet, but not comfortable.

The bed was very uncomfortable - you could feel the springs in the mattress through the bedding.

Convenient and good value for money.

Free parking, quiet surroundings, supermarket within walking distance. Closeness to town centre. Initial towel problem solved very efficiently by owner/manager.

Washing machine would have been handy. Toilet seat needed attention. Shower head requires maintenance as it came off during our stay.

Best place to stay in Centre of Gloucester

Great comfy flat and closed to Gloucester quays and high street.

This is my second time in this place and both time we haven’t got any shampoo or shower gel. As a man I don’t carry those while staying away from home , I may need to carry them from now 😅

It’s handy if you want someplace to sleep and a good location. That’s about it.

Weeds growing up through the garden pavement. Not a good sign. No towels on arrival. Water in sink with stopper in. No alternative to heavy bed quilt. It was 23 degrees. No personal touch.

Comfortable stay in a great location

The location and proximity to the town and park. The apartment was well-equipped and has a little yard out the back where you can sit and relax. Good tv options and comfortable living area.

Only complaint would be about the mattress on the bed. Some springs coming through on one side. Needs replacing,

Great location next to the park with easy access to all that’s there is in Gloucester.

It just needed some TLC, bed and mattress were terrible, decorative wooden battens on the wall were falling off and nail heads were protruding. We had to replace the bath plug as it had a hole in the middle and the lovely large bathroom needed a toilet roll holder and a towel rail. Just a little TLC will make this a great little place.

Location was ok

The place is a complete hazard for children. There were sharp corners in the badly fitted bathroom. The heavy toilet seat doesn’t stay up and can hit children on their back. The high chairs were cheap and not weighted enough on the base so they easily fell over. The beds were atrocious, the extra bed made up for our child was unsafe, like it was going to collapse in on itself, the mattress was about an inch thick. The other bed mattress was just metal springs with a bedsheet on. Both duvets were thin summer weight in December. The place smelt damp and in the morning there were rivers of water running down the inside of the windows.

It was clean and spacious

We booked for 3 people , only 1 bed was made up , so the 2nd bed sofa bed had no linen to use , so was used without, just had the quilt, mattress on other bed , too thin, and no safety rail to get in and out of the shower . Tea bags would of been nice as kitchen provided. 1 night I think would be ok to provide a tea and coffee tray ,

Great accommodation and superb location. We will stay there again.

The location was excellent. Five minutes walk to the Docks and Ten minutes to town. There is a lot of restricted parking in the area so having our own parking spot was a real benefit. We were also alongside a large pretty park. The accomodation was clean and inviting.

Great location

Modern and a convenient location. Apartment came with its own parking space. When you leave the property turn right not left as this will take you directly to the shopping outlet. Nice big park opposite. Comfy sofa. Kitchen came with the essentials. Had its own courtyard garden.

The mattress we think needs replacing as you roll in to the middle and can feel some springs on the edge. The bathroom is very big but felt like it needed an update to bring it in line with the rest of the apartment.

There was a locked door in the hallway up some stairs which I must admit made me a little uncomfortable as it wasn’t clear who had access to the property.

- Privatparkplatz direkt vor dem Haus - Ruhige Lage direkt am Park - Die beste Dusche in diesen Ferien!

- Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe (man spürt jede Feder der Matratze...) - Der Teppich ist von Ameisen besiedelt - Die Heizung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - funktioniert aber (Timer) - Die WC-Brille rutscht vom Rand worauf einem der WC-Deckel ins Kreuz fällt..

Las camas eran muy incómodas. El sofá cama no aguantaba a un adulto, mis hijas de 5 y 8 años se hundían del mal estado del somier. La cama principal se hundía, el somier no tenía soporte y el colchón se hundía y te clavabas los muelles. Revisando las fotos que están sin actualizar, la cama era diferente a la que se ve en las fotos( en las fotos parece cómoda, pero no lo es) Olía mucho a humedad y el baño estaba en mal estado. Necesita actualizarse. Fue el peor alojamiento con diferencia. No he bi trato con el l casero, solo un código de entrada y poco más. Nada recomendable. No descansamos y salimos pronto de allí por no estar ni
