The bed is comfy and the sofa, nice view. Had a hoover and mop.

The heating was stuck on high, bathroom smelled of mildew, hair behind the toilet seat, only 1 shower worked. 2 light bulbs weren't working. The kitchen below is loud in the evening. Overall it was OK but I expected better.

Good location, but not an Elite appartment.

Excellent location to the old town and all the main places.

Maybe the most stressful check-in I have every experienced. TV didn't work and sat box was broken hidden in a drawer. Hosts did nothing to repair it. The bed attached to the ceiling was accessed by climbing up a bookcase and very dangerous.

List is too long, no separate bedroom that was stated, no WiFi to connect to, blocked bathroom sink so could use it, double bed wasnt a bed it was a sheet of wood painted and suspended from the ceiling, the mattress wasn't a mattress it was some sort of foot on cushion type think around 3 inches thick, my daughter dropped down on it and almost broke her knees. Place was untidy with cobwebs everywhere to list but a few problems, the only real nice thing was the location right in the middle of the beautiful city of Gdańsk.

The location was really good, it was right in the city centre. The accommodation was clean and confortable.

It was kind of small and in the beginning it was a little smelly. Also I recommend to brink a toilet paper for longer stays, because there wasn’t enough of it.

Amazing location, but bad customer service

1. The location was amazing - just off the main square in old town and the riverbank. 2. Quietness - despite being so close to main tourist attractions, the apartment was really quiet as the street was a quiet one. 3. Really nice view from the window!

Despite the amazing location, there are several things that could be improved. 1. the address given in Booking.com was a wrong one - while the right address was given on the day of arrival message, it was nevertheless very confusing as the difference of addresses was not explicitly pointed out and especially as the taxi driver booked via booking.com had also been provided the wrong address. Realizing this in the middle of night standing in front of the wrong door was not a great start. 2. the customer service could be improved considerably - we requested additional towels (as there was only one per person for the whole stay) and some other essentials. Despite the promises, these never arrived (and we stayed for 6 nights) - nor the apology for the false promises. 3. the hair dryer's electrical cord was broken and thus could not be used (and felt even dangerous to try). While they did provide a new one, we had to pick up a new one ourselves from their office, which is not amazing customer service. 4. the TV did exist, but it was confusing to operate and could not connect to the internet (Netflix worked fine though). 5. the apartment itself is small and the sofa bed for sleeping is not comfortable, so if you stay for more than one or two nights I'd suggest to look elsewhere.

This company cancelled my booking as they had a technical problem taking money, telling me it's my fault cos I have UK bank account and then they offered me the same place for 5 times more, cos apparently if I pay 5 times more my UK bank account is not a problem

Location was few steps from everything. Apartment was clean.

Shower gel and some basic seasoning (sal, pepper,...) would be also nice.

Good location, easy check-in, cold floors.

Positives: Great location, easy check-in, fast and trouble-free internet, the host responds quickly to messages. Good value for money.

Negative: Very cold floors. We experienced the apartment as quite chilly. There was no coffee maker or French press. There were issues with the payment, and I received several messages saying our credit cards were not accepted and that the booking would be canceled. Noisy – poor sound insulation. Things to keep in mind: Note that the photos on booking.com are from several different apartments, and the address in the booking may not match the one you’ll actually stay at. Only sofa beds – no proper bed.

Great spot! Beautiful apartment and comfortable stay.

Very clean place however the floors were quite dirty. My baby was crawling around and his knees and feet were dark from the floors. But otherwise it was very clean and updated beautifully.

L`unica cosa che si salva e` la posizione, per il resto meglio andare altrove.

Dentro l`appartamento, non funzionava la luce all`ingresso e nelle camera da letto, solamente nel soggiorno. C`era puzza di fogna in bagno e nessuna ripiano sul lavandino dove appoggiare uno spazzolino, un contenitore per le lenti a contatto ed il liquido. Non e` stato fornito alcun tipo di sapone in bagno, eccetto per la cucina con due pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. Il divano e le tende presentavano macchie. Le pentole erano arrugginite e il boiler per l`acqua non si apriva. Il rubinetto della cucina era instabile. L`unica cosa positiva, la posizione ma per il resto meglio andare al trove. Ho contattato l`host telefonicamente per segnalare i problemi, mi hanno risposto una prima volta. Mi hanno invitato a mandare evidenze tramite email, cosa che ho provveduto a fare ma poi quando li ho ricontattati telefonicamente, non mi hanno piu` risposto. La sensazione che ho avuto e` che una volta incassato il denaro per il pernottamento, non si interessano piu` dei loro clienti. L`appartamento non rispecchia attualmente lo status rispetto alle foto caricate su booking,

De bedden waren vrij hard. Daarnaast hadden we met 11 man 2 appartementen besteld, achteraf bleken deze 10 minuten lopen van elkaar af te liggen en dus niet in het zelfde gebouw.

Il soggiorno è stato comunque molto piacevole.

L’appartamento è carino e pulito, anche se molto piccolo. La posizione veramente eccellente, a due metri dalla strada principale, ma al tempo stesso in un cortile interno, lontano dai rumori. L’host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha consentito di effettuare il check in prima dell’orario previsto.

Con piccoli accorgimenti l’appartamento potrebbe essere più funzionale. In bagno non c’è una mensola per appoggiare le cose, in saletta non c’è un tavolino quindi è difficile organizzarsi per mangiare qualcosa in casa. Manca anche l’armadio che, di fatto, non entrerebbe nella stanza, ma gli ampi davanzali permettono di appoggiare le valigie.

Mieszkanie. Zdjęcia odbiegają od rzeczywistego stanu. ,,apartament,, potrzebuje remontu i to koniecznie . Nie jest zbyt bezpiecznie przez wystające kable, pobite płytki na podłodze, suszarka do włosów nie sprawna, brak podstawowego wyposażenia typu zmiotła szufelka czy mop do podłogi. Na dłuższy pobyt bez takich rzeczy to ciężko to widzę. Patelnia nadaje się do wyrzucenia, blat kuchenny niezbyt zadbany, gniazdka w nim zamontowane uszkodzone i wiele można napisać . Dla rodziny 2+2 nie polecam. Jeśli bym wiedziała wcześniej o stanie to na pewno bym nie rezerwowała tego miejsca. Właściciele nie kontrolują swoich obiektów

Fantastiskt läge mitt i Gamla stan. Det var en positiv överraskning att ha tillgång till spis, kyl, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin.

Lägenheten är i behov av underhåll/uppfräschning. Slitna otvättade gardiner och en trasig matta gav ett negativt intryck. Så tråkigt. Skulle gå att göra mycket för en billig peng. Mycket hög ljudnivå från gatan nedanför.

Mysigt litet boende med perfekt läge för besök i Gamla stan

Bra läge med många sängar. Dock litet och trångt. Men vill man bo billigt och nära Gamla stan är detta ett bra val.

Lite för trångt för 5 personer. Toaletten är superliten och svårt att få plats att sitta och äta. Men vill man bara sova så var det helt ok sängar och utrymmen.

Niestety wynajęty apartament nie znajdował się pod adresem wskazanym w ofercie. Otrzymaliśmy apartament na ul. Ogarna 121/122 dosłownie nad restauracją Pomelo, nie polecam gdyż od rana dochodziły zapachy z kuchni pod nami a ponadto kanalizacja w łazience też o tym przypominała.

Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin. Sijainti oli erinomainen, mutta meteliä ei asuntoon kuulunut.

Asunto oli pienestä koosta huolimatta erittäin tilavan tuntuinen parven vuoksi. Viisihenkinen perheemme mahtui asuntoon hyvin. Asunto oli keittiön osalta hyvin varusteltu. Tiskikoneesta ja pyykinpesukoneesta plussaa.

Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut suihkulle riittävän korkealla pidikettä, hiusten peseminen oli tästä syystä melko hankalaa. Asunnossa oli myös vain yksi peili eteisessä, kylpyhuoneessa ei lainkaan. Meikkaaminen ei onnistunut eteisen peilin edessä huonon valaistuksen takia. Lattia oli myös hieman pölyinen ja likainen saavuttaessa.

Superlokatie met vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar

De lokatie is ideaal. Dicht bij de grote weg, dus makkelijk te bereiken met de auto. En de hoofdstraat van het oude centrum is letterlijk om de hoek.

Het appartement ligt op de derde etage. Als je slecht ter been bent, moet je wel iedere keer de trappen lopen, want er is geen lift.

Dårlig seng, altfor hard. Virket som det manglet en madrass. Armaturet på dusjen var løs fra veggen og det piplet vann opp fra gulvet utenfor badet. Forsøkte å sende både epost og melding om dette, men har fremdeles ikke fått svar. Dette synes jeg er skuffende!

Die Lage ist sensationell- alles auch sauber im Apartment - einzig das Treppenhaus war nicht der Hit, aber damit hat man ja nichts zu tun. Parken kostet überall, darauf muss man achten- hat aber ja nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun- die war klasse und alle swhr hilfsbereit

Apartamentai tvakingi, bet labai lėta komunikacija ir neįspėjo, kad pasikeitė adresas.

Atvykę sumokėjome už parkingą, atėjome nurodytu adresu, bet sužinojome, kad gyvensime kituose apartamentuose, nes kažkas atsitiko. Teko vėl mokėti už parkingą kitoje aikštelėje. Kambarį 15,20 val. dar tvarkė, nors buvome sutarę, kad įsikelsime 14 val. Kol įsikėlėme, sugaišome apie 2 val. Televizorius neįsijungė, manau, kad buvo sugadintas. Šiaip apartamentai geroje vietoje. Jei būtume žinoję, kad apgyvendins kitu adresu ir būtume įsikėlę kaip numatyta, būtų nepatogumas tik dėl TV.
