The accommodation itself is fine and comfortable. The coffee machine wasn't working properly and was difficult to use. Unfortunately, they required a 600 euro deposit, which was returned after checkout. The problem was that they only accept payments through an app called Superhote, which didn't work with the multiple cards we tried, and they didn't offer any other options for making the deposit. They also sent the link to do so a few hours before arrival, so we were stuck until 11 p.m. trying to resolve the issue. Luckily, we had a relative with a French card who kindly lent it to us. So, be careful, people with non-European or non-French cards may not be able to make this deposit and lose the accommodation and their money. On the other hand, at first, the parking card didn't seem to work properly; it was very difficult to get in. You have to pay attention to the video instructions. It would be good if they had an alternative to making a deposit in case that option doesn't work for someone. After explaining our problem several times, the host did not offer any alternatives. This seemed uncooperative to us, given that it was nighttime and we could not enter the accommodation.

Fin lejlighed med god beliggenhed i centrum af CAEN. Alle praktiske apparater og maskiner er der (undtagen tørretumbler) og virker fint.
Det er detaljer, men der mangler kroge til håndklæder, viskestykker etc. Det ville også være rat med shampoo , sæbe etc. i badeværelset, som man efterhånden forventer på alle hoteller/lejligheder. Det var besværligt med ekstra(garanti)depositum, der skulle indbetales dagen i forvejen: har ikke noget imod konceptet, men det kan vel opkræves når man lejer. Dagen før er man typisk på rejse og har ikke brug for mere stress og tiden er kan. Der må gerne udleveres 2 sæt nøgler- hvis man rejser 2 og den ene er på arbejde.
