Super clean and comfortable stay! The amenities include was really well curated, the very natural fresh citrus scent is my calming touch to my everyday mood.
The lighting switches options are very useful, you have all the option to choose from and attention to detail is great!
The concept and branding of this hotel is exceptional!
I love the breakfast car out side the building, it’s giving the old Shanghainese street food vibe. The food quality is very good too. Fresh meat and buns. However, I wish they can have more breakfast options. It was very limited choices.

The service of the hotel staff are very friendly, humble, very attentive and they truly know their position of work. From reception desk, concierge and down to room clearner are amazing. Especially 2 reception staff that name Ms Selina Chen and Ms Ailah Song. There have great personality and patient towards hotel guest. I have to rate them a 10/10. I will come back again to stay in Opartment Shanghai. Great Experience.

Opartment is a small boutique hotel which has a great location as it was close to shops and the train stations. The apartment was modern and clean, the staff were very responsive.
My two bedroom apartment was on the 5th floor of the building, which was directly below the bar which was located on the 6th floor. As the bar was busy during the weekend, the noise and music from the bar could be heard from the rooms on the 5th floor. If you are a light sleeper like me, please ask for rooms on the lower floors.
