Best Hotel we stayed in for China. The staff did some nice things for us and are very accommodating and helpful for foreigner travelers. Location is very central, and relatively close to the Bund, Yu Garden, etc. Had a great stay.

5-star experience: excellent location in Shanghai's Tomorrow Square; room with 90-degree view of beautiful Shanghai skyline; amenities, including gym, pool, and great restaurants; outstanding ambiance; world class cuisine; impeccable service; and friendly and professional staff. It's highly recommended!

Great hotel and very helpful and service minded staff. We asked for some very specific and probably unusual requests, but the staff were very helpful in accommodating us. Excellent stay and experience.
