Centrale ligging, schoon.
De elektriciteit was niet goed aangelegd, waardoor je elektrische schokken kreeg zodra je de keukenapparatuur aanraakte (ijskast, broodrooster, gasfofnuis, vaatwasser etc.) Je verblijft op de bovenste verdieping waarbij de lift maar tot de etage eronder gaat, waardoor je het laatste stuk met de trap moet, onhandig als je een zware koffer met je meesjouwt. Je hebt een plat dak waar meeuwen op landen die regelmatig midden in de nacht ruzie met elkaar maken wat je heel goed hoort en behoorlijk lawaai geeft.

Sehr sauberes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartment mit allem , was man braucht.
Die ersten zwei Tage ließ sich die Hauseingangstür erst beim dritten oder vierten Versuch mit dem Zugangscode öffnen. Im Treppenhaus gab es meist einen unangenehmen Geruch.

La ubicación y la amplitud de las habitaciones.
Los problemas que tuvimos con los códigos para acceder, el sofá cama no era especialmente cómodo, además no hay persiana y dormir ahí es incómodo. El estor de la puerta del salón que da a la terraza estaba roto y no se podía subir, por lo que no podías ver el exterior. Además, el ascensor suena mucho dentro del piso.
