Location and number of rooms, and bathrooms.
Needs more kitchen equipment for those who like to cook, coffee maker, napkins, etc.

Perfect location, easy walking distance to Portos many beautiful sights.
The Balhao market was opposite the apartment, perfect for morning coffee and snacks and gift shopping.
Nothing to dislike, the apartment was extremeley clean and well appointed

Clean, comfortable and a brilliant location.
The outside door was opened via WiFi with your phone, it never worked for any of us and we had to use the key to get in. I think, as the apartment sleeps 6, it could really benefit with having two keys to share amongst the guests instead of just the one.

Great that all rooms have their own bathroom.
Nice big sofa.
Large dining table for a group.
Great location.
Responsive staff.
Floorboards a little creaky but I don't think this can be helped. I'd happily stay again.
