ORM - Bolhao Apartments

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Zwei Metrostationen sind schnell fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Strasse -u.a. (Mercado Bolhao, Casa Natal) und auch Cafés/Restaurants (Confeitaria Império, Cutlery). Zu Fuß ist der Fluss in ca. 15 min zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist großzügig gestaltet (vier Zimmer mit insgesamt 7 Betten und 2 Bädern). Ein großer Wohnraum und die Küche sind auch ausreichend dimensioniert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist völlig ausreichend). CheckIn und CheckOut waren sehr gut organisiert.

Ein Hinweis auf 60 Stufen bis zum Apartment könnte für manche Gäste nützlich sein. Wir hatten damit kein Problem. Ein zweiter Fön im zweiten Bad wäre ebenfalls sehr nützlich. Die Sauberkeit war zufriedenstellend aber hier könnte der Vermieter noch etwas verbessern (oberflächlich sauber, schaut man genauer hin, findet man ein paar Spots). Der Kanalanschluss der Wasserabflüsse muss verbessert werden (Geruchsstopfen). Ein unangenehmer Geruch hat uns in den Bädern empfangen. Der Tiefkühlschrank muss mal wieder abgetaut werden.

The apartment’s location is truly strategic, just a short walk from the Bolhão Market and the Trindade station (which offers a very convenient direct link to the airport), and only a few minutes away from the main attractions. Please note that the building has no elevator and requires climbing several flights of stairs, but we found the place to be quite clean. The kitchenette is well-equipped for basic cooking, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only downside was a couple of maintenance issues: a wooden cabinet fell over (which we reported immediately), and the window blind opposite the kitchen wouldn't roll up. Additionally, the soundproofing isn't ideal; you can hear quite a bit from the neighboring units, and we were awakened in the middle of the night by other guests leaving or returning late.

There was no hanger or place to dispose of our clothes.
