The stay was excellent thanks to the kind and helpful hosts!

During our stay, besides the fact that the hosts were very kind and responsive, we really appreciated that the apartment was modernly furnished, clean, and very functional—especially for more than two people. A big plus was the possibility of using the bicycles free of charge (even though there were three of us and only two bikes available, the owners arranged an extra bike for us on their own). The distance from the city center was within a short walking range, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the views of the mountains were very beautiful.

Loved it!

Everything. Absolutely beautiful, new and clean. Even has a washing machine. We travelled as a family of 4, it was wonderful. Will definitely stay again!

The bed in the parents’ bedroom is a bit squeaky…

We will come back one day

Great equipment, you can play football, play table tennis, there are even bicycles which you can use. Its clean and cars can easily fit there.

Schönes, helles Apartment inkl. Parkplatz - Zentrum in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen

Modern ausgestattetes Apartment, gut geeignet für mehrtätige bzw. längere Aufenthalte. Es wirkt neu eingerichtet und befindet sich in (einem leicht hellhörigen) Haus mit 3 Parteien (davon 2 Apartments). Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen, zumal auch die Vermieterin Mariangela sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist.

Séjour très agréable

Très satisfaits de notre séjour , l'appartement est vraiment parfait , propreté , equipements, il n'y a vraiment rien a dire, il est bien situé et les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très discrets, nous y serons bien restés plus longtemps ....

Eine tolle Wohnung!

Die helle Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der umlaufende Balkon bietet die Möglichkeit, zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten Sonne und/oder Schatten zu genießen. Durch die Klimaanlage ist die Wohnung auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen gut gekühlt. Bei der Ankunft erwartet einen frisches Obst und eine Flasche Sekt. Für den ersten Kaffe ist alles vorhanden. Mariangela steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Zum Zentrum läuft man ca. 20 min.

Die Wohnung hat leider keinen Backofen. Für die drei Klimaanlagen gibt es zwei Fernbedienungen, so dass teilweise zwei Geräte reagieren, auch wenn man nur eins an- oder ausschalten möchte.

Capodanno 2025 a Riva del Garda

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, pratico e funzionale l'arredamento ubicato in un quartiere tranquillo da cui si raggiunge il centro in 15 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio privato interno alla corte. Check in e check out facili ed assistiti dalla proprietaria Mariangela che ha fornito in anticipo tutte le informazioni necessarie. In generale, è un appartamento che ritengo da consigliare quale ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a Riva del Garda in qualsiasi stagione.

Niente di negativo da segnalare. Aggiungerei una indicazione della struttura sulla strada, attualmente non è presente, forse per motivi "burocratici". Cancello di ingresso con nome della struttura e numero civico internato rispetto alla sede stradale.

Ein toller Urlaub am Gardasee. Ich würde wieder buchen :)

Die Wohnung war neu und es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im Fewo-Urlaub braucht, über Salz und Pfeffer, Shampoo zum Geschirrspülmittel und Spültabs für die Spülmaschine war wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Einrichtung war sehr stimmig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war super sauber, was uns immer sehr wichtig ist! Auch im Haus selber war es sehr ruhig und man hat die Nachbarn ("Dauerbewohner") selten gehört.

Rundherum waren sehr viele Baustellen, sodass man morgens um 7 vom Baustellenlärm geweckt wurde. Da kann aber natürlich die Unterkunft nichts für und spätestens nächstes Jahr sollte es dort deutlich ruhiger werden.
