Very well equipped apartment, clean and tidy, with aircon.. Host was fabulous with speedy and helpful responses. Location great for preveza access and parking a big benefit if you have a hire car

The location was ideal — short walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and shops, and of course the harbourside promenade. The apartment was lovely, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and the drapes kept the early morning sun from the bedroom, so we slept very well. In daytime, the apartment was bright and cheery. The large bathroom had good lighting, excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for the sink and shower, and plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen had almost everything needed for meal preparation. It did lack small saucepans, however, and a larger garbage bin would have been helpful. The kitchen would have been perfect had it been equipped with a microwave oven. The private patio/balcony was huge, with comfortable seating and a large dining table. We enjoyed our morning coffee there each morning, as well as wine and dinners on a few evenings. We enjoyed watching sailboats coming and going from the harbour, and got to see a couple of beautiful sunrises from the patio, too (I will include a sunrise photo with my review). The en suite clothes washer was a bonus, especially since we were halfway through an extended holiday and needed to do laundry. The building has an elevator, which made arriving and leaving with luggage easy. Contact with the host, Dora, was excellent— she provided helpful information about Preveza, and always replied promptly (usually immediately) to our text inquiries.

Our only dislikes were the lack of a microwave, a larger bin for garbage, and some small saucepans/ pots for cooking. We made breakfast and several dinners in the apartment during our weeklong stay, and the items I mentioned would have made things much easier for us. Otherwise, the place was great!
