The apartment is very nice and clean, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. There is a beach nearby, five minutes away from the city center, where all the shops, restaurants, and bars are. Ioanna, the owner, is extremely kind and helpful; she provided us with full information about beaches, restaurants, and everything we needed. Thank you very much, Ioanna. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped apartment in an excellent location in Preveza with easy access to shops and restaurants. Benefitted from allocated off street parking. The host, Ioanna, was friendly, caring and responsive. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Charming indeed! A comfortable, modern, cute and spacious apartment a few minutes on foot from the sea and the picturesque center of Preveza. Two bedrooms (one big, one single-bed), spacious living room and fully equipped large kitchen, nice balconies and private parking space. A very good choice for your stay in Preveza and to explore the lovely Epirus prefecture!
No complaints or mishaps really and if they were, the lovely host can assist you and solve everything.
