Très bien situé à l'extrémité de la rue piétonne. La petite court extérieur était très agréable pour tout les repas pris à l'app. Très belle accueil de la part de Constantine, il est venue nous accueillir au bus. Même si il n'y a pas de stationnement sur place un stationnement sécuritaire est disponible à moins de 2 minute de marche.

Avoir de petit assiette serait un plus pour le petit-dèj.

Me and my wife had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful, cool apartment right in the heart of the historic center of Preveza, located at the very beginning of the pedestrian street. Despite its central location, it was incredibly peaceful and quiet, the perfect combination. Everything you could possibly need is just steps away: cafes, restaurants, shops, and beautiful spots to explore. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They provided us with plenty of tips on where to eat, which beaches to visit, and the best places to see in the area. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a rental, a real highlight! Everything felt fresh, well cared for, and thoughtfully arranged. It’s a place we would gladly return to without hesitation, and one we will happily recommend to friends and family visiting Preveza. A truly memorable stay!

Had a great time staying here, the place was in such a great location, with wonderful hosts, and I would highly recommend booking.

In cucina, sotto il lavello, forte odore di muffa. Spugnetta già utilizzata, non c’era un panno per asciugare i piatti. Cortile non agibile perché il condizionatore scaricava sul pavimento davanti alla finestra. Le tende erano gialle e piene di polvere. La doccia; bisognava tenerla in mano. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo chiamato più volte, alla fine abbiamo preso possesso dell’appartamento e L’host si è fatto sentire dopo due ore. Quando siamo andati via, abbiamo mandato sms senza ricevere nessun riscontro.
