An older apartment (common in Cheltenham) with lots of character. Great location with everything right on one’s door step. With it being so close to the high street, I had expected it to be noisy at night but it wasn’t. Lovely hosts. I had the pleasure of meeting them both. Very attentive and only a phone call away.
The only minor issue for me was the soft mattress but that is just because I am used to sleeping on a very hard mattress at home.

There are 2 rooms using the same main door. However, there is somebody always not properly close/lock the main door which is not safe at all.

Spacious, bright, great location, great shower
Mattress is extremely uncomfortable and needs replacing. Flat smells awful (fishy/sewer) and the owners clearly know this and there are about 5 scent jars in the flat - but 3 of them are empty. I had to move the two full ones from the living room area to the bedroom in order to be able to sleep. If you have sensory sensitivities, particularly to bad smells or strong scents (to mask the smells) do not stay here.
