Clean and spacious.
Noisy location, and in warm conditions, very hot. Fan was not working.

Value, parking, decor and quality of facilities, extras like gym a bonus, easy self check in etc
Blind in lounge near cooker didn’t shut fully- not ideal for a summers night/ morning either kids. No instruction for coffee machine or label for coffee pods. Generally very clean except skirtings!

It was furnished so beautifully and a really good use of the space. It was light and airy and so clean and tidy. The bathroom was beautiful. The shower was incredible.
Ok the only complaint was the windows. We just so happened to stay during the hottest week in the uk and the windows were difficult to use and we had to leave them open all night which didn’t feel particularly safe but also, then we dealt with the road noise so didn’t sleep well.

The location was perfect for us. Near to parks to walk the dog and near to the town centre for cafes, restaurants and bars. An exceptional base to explore Cheltenham. The apartment was stylish, well equipped and perfect for a couple travelling with a furry friend. The fact there was parking available was a real bonus.
As the property was on a main route into Cheltenham there was some traffic noise but that is to be expected in a central location
