Sehr schön und geschmackvoll vom Vermieter selbst ausgebautes Ferienhaus (ehemaliger Stall) mit gut nutzbarem Garten. Top Lage in der Nähe des wunderbaren Plage de la Torche (Baden, Boarden, Wellen, Kite-Surfen, Strandspaziergänge, viel Platz für Boule, Strandball usw. bei Ebbe) in geringer Entfernung zu Plomeur mit Supermarkt, zwei Boulangerien, Gastronomie usw. und zu weiteren attraktiven Orten in der Nähe.
Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und könnte ein paar mehr Sitzmöbel mit Rückenlehne brauchen (ist laut Vermieter vorgesehen - die Vermietung als Ferienhaus ist noch recht neu).
