Put down your suitcases in this holiday home located in Penmarch, in the heart of the countryside, in a very peaceful environment, just 1.5 km from Pors Carn beach and 3 km from Pointe de La Torche, an unmissable spot for surfing enthusiasts. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers. You will appreciate its large unfenced garden with garden furniture and a private area for dining outdoors. The rest of the garden is shared with the adjoining holiday home, with respect for everyone's peace and quiet.
For group stays, the adjoining cottage can be rented as an additional option, subject to availability (REF: hoomy12632)
Go through the door and discover a beautiful living space with access to the garden. The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob), provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal. Share your meals around the indoor table or enjoy the outdoor table in fine weather. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – on the ground floor: a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a wardrobe and a desk.
Bedroom 2 – upstairs: two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed.
Bedroom 3 – upstairs: two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed.
On the upper floor, you will also find a second lounge area with sofa, coffee table and board games.
The accommodation has two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, as well as two toilets, one of which is independent.
A washing machine, an ironing board and an iron are also at your disposal.
You will benefit from a private outdoor car park allowing you to park up to two vehicles.
The accommodation does not have socket covers, a stair gate, a travel cot or a high chair.
