The Size
This typical, completely renovated house, measuring approximately 100 m², has a 45 m² south-facing terrace, where you can also enjoy the 900 m², almost secluded, fenced garden, protected from the wind.
The Garden
The almost 900 m² garden and the 45 m² terrace, with a barbecue area, invite you to linger. Here, you can simply feel at home and unwind. The garden is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, fig trees, fruit trees, hydrangeas, agapanthus, lavender, and many other beautiful plants and flowers. Stepping outside, the garden exudes its fragrance in every season. In spring, jasmine is closely followed by roses and lavender.
Cycling Paths
The popular V45 "La Littorale" (Roscoff-Nantes) cycle path, which runs through the entire Brittany region, is just a few meters away.
Beaches
The beaches, which are supervised in the summer, are very close. Le Ster is just 1 km away, and the panoramic bay of Pors Carn is about 3 km away. Directly behind the bay lies the famous surfing bay of Pointe de La Torch with a sandy beach stretching over 20 km.
Here, you can find a quiet spot everywhere, even in high season, and the beaches are uncrowded. Swimming, horseback riding, surfing, kitesurfing, hiking, sand yachting, beach cycling, and much more are possible here.
Surf Schools
There are numerous surf schools and water sports centers (sea kayaking, surfing, paddleboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, bodyboarding, etc.).
Hiking
The legendary GR34 hiking trail, which runs along the entire coast of Brittany, is also just a few meters away.
TV & INTERNET
The house has a fiber optic connection, internet TV, and Wi-Fi. A 65" TV is located in the living room and a 55" TV is located in the second bedroom.
You can stay connected to the world even at the end of the world. Working from home is no problem for those who need to be reachable even on vacation.
The Accommodation | Ground Floor and First Floor
This renovated holiday home of approximately 100 m² is divided and equipped as follows:
Ground Floor:
Kitchen
Studio windows all around with views of the garden and access to the terrace and garden. Large kitchen island with seating. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen machine, cooking utensils, etc.)
Laundry room
Washing machine and dryer are integrated into the kitchen.
Dining room
With access to and views of the terrace, garden, kitchen, and living room, this very open and light-filled space is ideal.
Living room
Overlooking the terrace and garden, with a fireplace and a 65" TV.
Toilet
A toilet with a window is located in the hallway.
Bedroom III with work space
This room is currently being renovated and is expected to be available in late autumn. It features a bed, a wardrobe, a work space (table, screen), and a smart TV.
First floor
Bedroom 1
Bed (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower and sink.
Bedroom 2
Bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a bathtub and sink. Towels A hairdryer and a washing machine are provided. This bedroom also houses the second 55" Smart TV.
WC
A WC is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.
Outdoors:
A 45 m², south-facing terrace overlooking the garden, with garden furniture and a parasol in good weather, as well as a barbecue area and a secure, secluded plot of almost 900 m². The fence is 130-250 cm high.
Parking
Two cars can be parked on the property, and there is another parking space in front of the house.
Nature Reserve
Natura 2000 is a 10-minute walk away and features incredible flora and fauna.
Shops & Markets
