We offer you this beautiful house named Ty Ehanou, equipped to welcome 8 people with its large enclosed garden, in the Bigouden region, just 5km from La Torche beach.
In the calm of a residential neighbourhood and close to all amenities, this house renovated in 2021 offers many advantages for your next holiday in Plomeur. Access is via a fenced, well-maintained and tree-lined garden, where children can play and run in complete peace of mind, whilst parents enjoy the outdoor lounge area on the terrace or busy themselves around the barbecue.
Upon entering the house, you immediately feel on holiday with the marine décor in soft and natural tones. The living space first comprises a fully equipped American kitchen, with a mixed hob (gas and electric), an oven and a microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious dishes. You will also find a refrigerator, a freezer, as well as a dishwasher. Finally, for breakfast, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo pod coffee maker, as well as a toaster, are provided. You can have your meals around a beautiful wooden table with extensions, ideal for savouring the fruits of your culinary efforts. The lounge offers you a pleasant relaxation space with its lovely sofa and comfortable armchairs, perfect for a TV evening or a moment of rest.
The ground floor also offers a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a private bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
On the upper floor, the night-time space maintains this same pleasant seaside atmosphere. The first bedroom offers a double bed, the second also has a double bed, and the last one has two single beds. A large bathroom with bathtub and double sink, as well as a second independent toilet, complete this level.
For added comfort, the rental includes garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, a plancha, a fireplace with wood provided and a garage and external parking. Within the house, you will find an iron, two hair dryers, a washing machine and a high chair for a baby.
