The staff are all wonderfully helpful and the food was good. The cabins are lovely and comfortable. Choose the cabins over the tatami rooms here because the walls of the tatami rooms are covered in a PVC based wallpaper that is strongly off-gassing. I got dizzy just walking in the door of one of those rooms. Luckily, the staff were very kind to allow us to switch to an available cabin.

We stay in the cottage which was very clean. It is to our great surprise that the food was excellent and tasty. The staff was hospitable, always ready to help.

Laundromat ☑️ but located at the main bath area aka onsen area ( currently closed ivo season) will cost you 200 ¥ to wash, dry depending on your load 100 ¥ for first 30mins
Free carpark ☑️ we stayed in a cottage, so parking it’s easy
Paid Breakfast ☑️ meals all had In cottage
Paid dinner ☑️ serving only Japanese and local delight only … do except raw food stuffs
Paid snow walk/hike ☑️ leaded by experienced Japanese hiker educate of different trees and plants found in during the hike that made some common known items in Japan
Friendly staffs ☑️ even I don’t speak in Japanese language, they used their portable translator to communicate with us

Beautiful location right next to Juniko National Park, with stunning surroundings and amenities, including a large lawn and a children’s playground—perfect for family trips. The cottage is cozy, but be aware that there are quite a few bugs, even in autumn, so keep that in mind when choosing the cottage
