    Hotel is great for views of the mountains and the staff were great. The buffet dinner included was also really substantial, showing off many regional dishes. Sofa cover in my room was really stained and beds are hard as mentioned in other reviews too. The onsen was really good and had great views of the faraway city lights

    Beds and pillows were really not comfortable. Pillows were really flat even when we used 2 pillows. Location was great - ski in ski out. Buffet meals were repetitive after 3 days but tasty. Apple juice bought at the hotel bar was 3 times the price in the city. Hotel staff were helpful and nice.

    We stayed twice at this property and loved it. The Onsen is fabulous, rooms have nice views of either mountain or Sea of Japan. My only comment would be they should have Onsen bags to take your items to the Onsen. Otherwise we will 100% be back!

    Only good thing is it's next to the ski slope & lift. Dated rooms and facilities (open air gym), tiny hot bath and buffet food selections was okay.
