大浴場がよかった 大浴場の混雑状況、コインランドリーの状況がわかるのがよかった。違うホテルはコインランドリーがひとつだったが、ここはたくさんあってよかったです。 朝食が美味しかったです。 3日間楽しめました！

チェックインが23時でも対応してくれて、温泉も深夜2時まで入れたこと。朝食は納豆汁やいぶりがっこのペペロンチーノなど郷土料理もあり、種類も量も十分だったこと。
駐車場の位置が、少しだけ分かりづらかったこと。

大浴場
夕食を本館レストランでとったが、ご飯が朝の残りをジャーに入れっぱなしのものではないかとも思われるベチャベチャものだった。唐揚げはうまかった。ウエイターが炊事用あるいはトイレ掃除用のブルーのビニール手袋をしているのは衛生を強調してのことかもしてないが興ざめでした。
