We had a king bed room - plenty of space and comfortable bed. Quiet, although some guests complain about construction on the 2nd floor. Recommend staying on floors above 4 until construction is completed. This is a great hotel and in a very good location near Long Fu market area. Free coffee is available in the kitchen on floor B1.. We highly recommend Base and would stay here again.
The internet is a big problem for any guest without a Chinese SIM card. It is spotty and works weakly only half the time.
