Located just under 40 miles from Gainesville, this country charmer offers an inviting escape in a scenic, family-friendly setting. Whether relaxing by the river or enjoying endless outdoor adventures, this home has you covered for whatever speed you choose. A private screened porch comes furnished to help you make the most of the outdoors, and a firepit is available out in the yard for those summer evening s'mores sessions. The house has a private dock. The onsite boat ramp is shared with the other two homes on the six-acre property. Additional amenities shared with them include a swing set, tetherball, private horseshoe, shuffleboard, private cornhole game set per home, and volleyball/basketball courts.

The home's open-concept living area is perfectly designed for family gatherings, with plush seating and a smart TV for comfort and entertainment. The stainless steel full kitchen is ready and equipped for home cooking. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
The house has its own private dock. The on-site boat ramp is shared with the other two homes: River Watcher & Suwanee House.
There are 12 kayaks for rent with paddles and lifejackets for $25 per day.
Wood is not always provided for the firepit. There is a wagon on the property under the house for collecting wood.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
