Go for a scenic picnic at the springs in the area for picturesque views while you dine.

Upon entry, you'll find a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Marvel at the plush furniture, the vaulted ceilings, and the natural light blanketing the space from the large viewing windows. Prepare grand meals and touring snacks in the sophisticated eat-in kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is provided for those who need to work remotely.

Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a beautiful night's rest from the day's adventures. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk room, where they can create memories that'll last a lifetime. Enjoy the outdoor space by serving cocktails on the screened deck or roasting marshmallows at the firepit until the stars come out to dot the sky.

Things to Know
The house has its own private dock and boat slip. The on-site boat ramp is shared with the other two homes: River Watcher and River Bend.
There are 12 kayaks for rent with paddles and lifejackets for $25 per day.
Wood is not always provided for the firepit. There is a wagon on the property under the house for collecting wood.
The fireplace is not operational.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This property is equipped with three cameras. One faces the front entrance, one faces the parking area and one faces the shoreline.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
