Newley constructed riverfront house across from Rock Bluff Springs on the famous Suwannee river is the place to relax and unwind. Great place to bring your family with space and privacy, close to springs, great restaurant within 10 minutes, covered boat dock, two boat ramps within 3 minutes, fee wi-fi, smart TV’s, fire pit, black out curtains in bedrooms for if you want to sleep in.

This was supposed to be just a place to sleep while attending a baby shower locally...but we were so impressed that we are already making plans to return! The river is literally steps outside your door...kayaks provided! The modern house is spotlessly clean, roomy and every conceivable essential provided. I was most impressed and have absolutely no reservations about giving my most glowing review for this property!

I cannot say enough great things about this property, the owners, or the house… Absolutely will be going back to this house. Micheal was amazing - super helpful and kind. We loved the property and the amenities. There’s even a covered dock to store the boat! 10/10
