Covered, and screened front porch, covered parking. With over 100 ft waterfront view of the crystal clear Ichetucknee River, our home features an open floor plan for the living, dining, and kithchen. The master bedroom has a private full bath and opens onto the sundeck which over looks the river. The other three bedrooms and full bath, have two queen size beds and a king. The living room opens onto the screened porch that also overlooks the river. The entire house is on stilts with parking underneath plus plenty of parking for boats. COMPLETELY FURNISHED...bring your personal items, food, clothes & a desire for a relaxing vacation. We have all dishes, utensils, linens, towels and more. Satellite TV throughout . Boat ramps available.

We had a great time for my birthday trip, and loved the location on the river. The size and layout of the house is great! Especially for larger family or group of friends. However, it does need work. It seems as though maybe renovations were started but not completed? There is a brand new looking bathroom for the 3 other bedrooms, however the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom needs a major redo :( That is not shown in pictures! I am surprised to not see more mention of that and the some other cleaning factors upon our arrival. We would absolutely love to stay here again if these things were corrected. Communication was good if you need to contact the host.

Great location on itchetuckni river ...house was clean inside and the most important things worked fine....minor details such overflow trash piled up at entrance to property was not a good impression...also under the house because it.. was elevated was trashy ..just needed a cleanup.While inside of house was dated it was clean and comfortable ...outdoor deck also needed a cleanup.

Great Location, beautiful view from house, good appliances but property was not what I expected from the reviews and the photos. It was fairly clean but there were a few things that needed fixing: Bathroom vanity light did not work, slow draining sink, toilet paper holder coming off wall. We felt like the deck off the screened porch was rotten and not safe to be walking on. The screen on the porch door was loose. There were other things but I guess that gives you an idea of what to expect. The reviews must be great because of the location . There was a neighborhood park one house up river where you could put in tubes and float to the dock. Bring your own outdoor chairs.
