**The primary suite is a true retreat with a private screened balcony, a large linen closet, and an en-suite bathroom with double-vanity sinks, and a King Size Bed.
** The two other upstairs BRs each have a queen bed.
**Downstairs:** A fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a convenient half-bath provide extra privacy.
**Amenities & Entertainment:**
* Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
* Inviting living room with a large sectional West Elm sofa.
* Air hockey table for friendly competition.
* Balcony Workout loft with a rowing machine.
* Two screened-in outdoor retreats: a bi-level porch off the living room and a private balcony off the primary bedroom.
* Community Pool, raquetball court, basketball court and more are available in the community area (and shared with other residents and guests).
**For Families:**
