This is a newly renovated basement 1bedroom 1 bathroom unit with a small living room. All spaces are pertaining to your own use privately. It has powerful shower, clean bathroom, TV, fridge , microwave, and coffee machine to make your stay comfortable.
The location is super convenient to the airport (20mins driving), 5mins to the highway 403. Square one shopping center (5mins driving), and go station to dt (5mins driving). Numerous restaurants and coffee shops are steps away.

This place was truly amazing. Very private and quiet . Neighborhood is EXTREMELY NICE. It is also very close to UVF (Toronto Pearson )airport as well as local eateries and malls . Our host was the best , very communicative in all ways possible that made our checking in or out thoughtless. We will definitely be staying here ANYTIME we visit Canada . 100 out of 10!

WARNING: There was a cat inside the shared hallway used to enter the property. If you are allergic, we would not advise this property.
I am mildly allergic and we were able to keep the cat at a distance so no issues.
Our stay was fine for a long holiday weekend. When we had questions upon check-in, the host was immediately responsive & helpful. We were disappointed that the "kitchenette" was only a microwave, utility sink, coffee maker (grounds only) in a utility closet & a mini-fridge (in the bedroom). We made it work.
