The stay has just enough amenities for a quick trip if you need a place to stop by. Its a shared space with the owner and few other tenants, expect washroom delays but for the price you can't complain. Also same is the case if you plan to cook food, so we ended up going out. I was moving to Mississauga so needed a cheap stay for the night and this worked out well.

The location is really nice and a room is good

It’s a good place.
It’s not for someone who doesn’t have something to eat or there is no any market close to it. 😢

Calm location, good communication with the owner, good parking spot, clean sheets, there was a heater in case you feel cold.
Full kitchen trash bins throughout our all stay, dirty kitchen, thin walls
