Welcome to your private 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom unit located in the family-friendly. This home is a 5 min drive from HWY 401, Hwy 403, Square One Shopping Center, and three different grocery stores. Downtown Mississauga is 5 minutes away and Toronto Pearson Airport are a 10 min drive away. Transit is also available however it is a 3 minute walk to the transit stop.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.
We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more please plan accordingly.
This is the upper unit of a house so there is some potential for noise from the lower unit. This includes running water, footsteps, and some talking, however there is a Minut Sensor to notify the guests if there is any loud noises.
Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. Please note you will not have access to the thermostat.
- The Quiet Hours are 10PM to 7AM as per city bylaws
Guests being hosted at this property will have to provide additional details such as Photo Id and credit card information and may be required to fill out a credit app
Only 1 pet allowed
There is a zero tolerance policy on any smoking or any hosting of parties or events. There are Minut Sound, Occupancy and Anti-Smoking detectors for everyone's safety. The Fine for smoking is $1000.00
