Welcome to our clean and comfortable 2-bedroom basement apartment located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in Mississauga. This is a private suite with its own separate entrance on the lower level of a detached house, offering privacy and convenience for families, business travelers, medical visits, and longer stays.

The Space
The suite is self-contained and features two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom, dining space, and a kitchenette. Although it is a basement apartment, the space is well-maintained, well-lit, and set up to ensure a comfortable stay. High-speed Wi-Fi and a two Smart 65 inch TV are included in both rooms for entertainment.

Laundry: Washer and dryer access is available for stays of 7 nights or longer. Guests may use up to 1 laundry load per week during reasonable daytime hours. Additional loads may be available upon request for an extra fee.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Cleanliness: The unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every check-in to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Mid-Stay Cleaning: Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. For stays of 14 nights or longer, cleaning may be required to help maintain the unit and ensure a comfortable stay. Guests may be required to step out during the cleaning service.

Respect for the Space: Guests are expected to keep the unit clean, report any issues promptly, and treat the home with care during their stay.

Photo ID Requirement:

For safety, security, occupancy verification, and fraud-prevention purposes, government-issued photo ID may be required for all adult guests before check-in. The name on the ID must match the guest information provided for the reservation. Failure to provide requested ID or guest information may result in cancellation or denial of check-in.

Parties, Events & Gatherings:

Parties, events, gatherings, commercial use, filming, or inviting outside persons to the property are strictly prohibited unless the host gives prior written approval.
