the place was good overall. There is one bathroom on the basement to share among three rooms. it would have been helpful if it was clearly mentioned.
The basement got really cold at night, almost too cold. There was a common area with fitness equipment (not for guests). I turned the light on a few times but someone kept turning it off. it's pitch dark in the basement.

It was just there not as I expected
Smell of food during cooking guess is a Chinese house. It is like Airbnb. Hotel description was not exact
