With a short walk to the beach, a soundfront community pool, access to a family-friendly YMCA waterpark, and thoughtful touches throughout the home, this is a place where you can truly settle in and enjoy vacation at your own pace.

Great stay! The house has lots of kitchen supplies, there is so much space, lots of seating which was so nice for family dinner. Close to the beach and lots of things to do. House was very clean!!! Loved it!!

House had a very nice layout with many amenities. Beach equipment was good quality and in excellent condition. Furnishing were very comfortable. Our hosts were thorough in their information and a pleasure to deal with.

The property was lovely better than expected. Everything was clean and wonderful. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a wonderful addition.

We had a great stay at the house and the layout fit our needs. We loved the decks, its close proximity to the beach, shopping and the wonderful attractions nearby. The house is very well outfitted with everything needed with many toys, games, puzzles to amuse the children. The listing originally did not state that linens would be an additional charge and Jon addressed to our satisfaction. Our party consisted of four adults and our four children in the age range of 5-21. Everyone had a great time enjoying the amenities of the property especially the pool table. The addition of the hot tub was also a very nice surprise. Jon was very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns.
