This beautiful, oceanfront home is the perfect spot where you can unwind and relax while enjoying the awesome sunrise over the Atlantic, salty air, and ocean breezes. The spacious decks will be a favorite hangout whether you are having your first cup of coffee or ending the day with your favorite beverage. The beach is just a short walk down your private walkway where you can spend the day swimming, surfing, basking in the sun, or just listening to the ocean waves. Plenty of space to gather for meals, dining, and movie time for everyone in the great room where you can enjoy the ocean views and family time together. With 5 bedrooms and a bonus room with two queen beds, everyone is sure to find the perfect spot for a restful night.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

The house was comfortable with plenty of room for all. It has a nice view of the ocean from the first floor deck and even living room. The air conditioning works great which is often a weakness in many rentals. Centrally located in Nags Head with a shopping plaza, grocery store and restaurants close by. Anywhere in Nags Head, KDH, Kitty Hawk or Manteo are just a short drive away. The walkway over the top of the dune gives easy access to beach.
