You’re also within walking distance to Blue Moon Beach Grill, a local favorite known for its fresh, creative dishes and relaxed vibe. 5-stars" This house was absolutely perfect. It was less than a five minute walk to the beach (very near public beach access). Our dogs loved the big fenced in back yard. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The house has multiple very nice decks. Inside, it was clean, comfortable and well furnished. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and service ware. Lastly, and most importantly, Nadina was very responsive, friendly and provided clear instructions for our stay. We’ll definitely be planning a trip back next year."- Tina

Getting around the Outer Banks is easiest by car. Our home in Nags Head is conveniently located with quick access to the main road (NC-12 / Virginia Dare Trail), making it easy to explore nearby towns like Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, and beyond.
Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are limited in the Outer Banks, especially during off-peak times, so we recommend having your own vehicle for the most flexibility.
For longer trips, the closest major airport is in Norfolk, VA (about a 2-hour drive).
Enjoy peace of mind with our enhanced cleaning protocols. All linens are professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

The pool is open seasonally from late April/early May through early October. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $50 per night, for every night of the stay, during May–June and September–October. Please note that pool heat typically raises the water temperature approximately 10°F above the ambient air temperature and is most effective when outdoor temperatures are 60°F or higher.
* Pet Fee: $150 per stay. House-trained dogs only. Max of 2 dogs, under 60 lbs each. Owners must clean up pet waste.
* Grill available (guests provide propane)
* Fire pit available (guests provide fire wood)
*Must sign a Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA)
*Pre-Arrival Form required prior to check-in. Includes upload of valid government photo ID.
*Guest booking must be 25+ and Family groups only
*No parties: Parties are subject to immediate eviction without refund.
*No smoking: Smoking inside the property will incur a $500 extra cleaning fee.

Perfect place for our family Christmas vacation!! Walkable to the beach, great yard for the dog, kitchen that had all of our needs, fun tiki bar/hot tub area, clean house, and so much more!! Highly recommend!

We had a great week at SEA-esta for the third year in a row. The house has everything you need and more. Our favorite parts of this house are the tiki bar by the pool and the short, flat walk to the beach. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return next year!

My family has stayed at Sea-esta for 5 years now and would definitely recommend to others. The house has a great layout and we love the fenced-in yard, pool, and tiki bar. It’s just a short walk to the beach and a close drive to stores and restaurants.
