POOL OPENS MAY 15th! Quiet sound side home a short walk away from the Jockey's Ridge State Park with great hiking trails and access to the sound. 14x30' saltwater pool with ample deck area and furnishings for sunning and relaxing.
Convenient location to numerous public beach accesses. A short bike ride to the beach or walk/ride on the newly installed sidewalk to the Outer Banks mall. The nearest beach access at Dowitcher street is just 0.5 mile away.
This 1700 square foot house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and an outdoor shower. New floors installed on upper floor in 2020. New carpet installed downstairs May 2024. The tasteful, beach-centric decor and comfortable furnishings will make this feel like your home away from home. The home is wifi equipped with 4 televisions. A large laundry area, covered parking and access to house under carport add convenience. A relaxing entertainment zone underneath the house in back overlooking the pool!

Lovely home! Great, quiet location, but in the middle of everything. We enjoyed it thoroughly.. from the saltwater pool, to the cozy living area & many wonderful decks, including one overlooking the pool. We thought it was great! Thank you Sherry & Darren. We’d book again!

The home is lovely and very comfortable. There were 4 adults and 4 children with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together or just do their thing. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by all of us, especially due to the numerous days the ocean was too rough to go in. It is in a lovely neighborhood convenient to anything you would want to do- beach, Jockey’s Ridge, shopping, etc.
And communication with the owners was fantastic!
