About this villa rental
A beautiful garden oasis boasting a private pathway to the breaking waves of Playa Guiones, Casa Delfin was designed to provide guests with a luxurious indoor-outdoor jungle living atmosphere. The classic Costa Rican architecture combined with the vibrant, lush flowers and trees for an authentic and rich experience. You will find the main house with two separate villas, gorgeous gardening, ample outdoor space, a pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room.
A perfect home for both entertainment and relaxation for groups of families and friends. Secure, private, and peaceful, with only the sounds of waves and birds, Casa Delfin sits on a quiet, dead-end street in the prestigious J Section. One of its best features: it is one of the only houses in town with its own private beach path, while still being only a short few minutes walking from the central area of town.

While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating a foreign country can feel a bit tricky. For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you.
Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.
Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card. Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. This Property has a water reserve tank for Guests during water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.

My family has a great stay in Casa Delfin. The villa is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The villa consists of 3 separate buildings. We loved that it had a path directly from the villa to the beach. The backyard is a lush and peaceful garden and we spent a lot of time there. The kitchen is a little worn out and not super clean so we didn’t really use it. The property manager has a concierge but we found them to be fairly unresponsive in the time leading up to our stay. Overall the property could use a little bit of an update but we still enjoyed our stay!

Awesome location and beautiful property in a nice neighborhood within Nosara. Communication with the property manager was excellent. There were a couple of fairly minor problems with the home during our stay specifically several roof leaks during heavy rains that need to be addressed. Otherwise great property and would definitely recommend!

We had a beautiful week at Casa Delfin. The house is set up great for entertainment inside and out. The pool was perfect for avoiding the heat of the day on the beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.

Loved the location. House very nice, 8 in our family had plenty of space.
Property manager very responsive to take care of issues at house. Although they sent out someone to fix dish washer twice and it never got fixed, it clearly had issues before we arrived. It was pulled out of cabinet. The path to beach was not passable.
